There is no limit to how many guests you can book for but if you have a large group booking worth over the value of $20,000 please email us with your booking request at hospitality@rugby.com.au

Sit down dinner packages are sold as tables of ten or lesser numbers on shared tables, whereas stand up cocktail functions can be purchased at any number. If you have any requests that differ to the above, please contact your relevant sales agent to discuss.

A minimum 50% deposit within 24 hours from the date of the invoice (First Installment). The full balance of your Hospitality package is due no later than 12 weeks prior to the match. If you are purchasing your package within 12 weeks prior to a match, full payment will be required. All online ticket purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Once your booking has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining methods of payment i.e. via credit card online, direct deposit or cheque.

You can change or cancel your booking in accordance with the Rugby Australia Hospitality terms & conditions.

You will receive your e-tickets via email approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the match. The booking contact will be kept up to date on all package information via email.

Please contact the Rugby Australia Hospitality team on 1800 619 181 or events@hospitality.rugby.com.au. We will require the seating details of the lost tickets to be able to re-print a new ticket.

Most venues offer wheelchair access, however please contact the Rugby Australia Hospitality Team on events@hospitality.rugby.com.au to confirm wheelchair access.

Timings range from three hours pre-match to one and a half hours pre-match depending on your package. Please refer to the relevant package product sheet located on this website for further information.

If your package is inclusive of a post-match function, hospitality beverage service will conclude 30 - 45 minutes after full time with function spaces closing 1 hour after full time.

Match day Hospitality dress code is smart casual; dress denim & rugby jerseys are permitted.

Children under 18 years are more than welcome in Private Suite or Box facilities, however in Hospitality functions children under the age of 16 are unable to attend.

If you hold a government issued Companion Card, you may be eligible for a discounted hospitality package for your companion to assist you in attending the event (subject to availability). Please email hospitality@rugby.com.au with your enquiry.
